50 Box jump (2:a trappsteget i en trappa)
50 Assisted pull-ups (-55Kg)
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (ersatt med en 15Kg hantel)
Lunges, 50 steps (Utfall)
50 Knees to elbows (ersatte med "roman chair" ska träna lite på K to E)
50 Push press, 20Kg
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (ersatte med 20kg thrusters)
50 Burpees (gick år helvete ska göra 10 burpees varje uppvämning)
50 Double unders (ersatte med 100 hoppreps-hopp)
